How to reclaim your morning in 15 minutes

I used to think I didn't have time for myself in the morning. I'd wake up and immediately start scrolling on my phone.

Then I made a new rule. The first 15 minutes of my day are for me. No phone. No email. No news.

I read. I journal. I sit in silence. It has changed everything.
