Where did the joy go?

I used to be so focused on achieving my goals that I forgot to enjoy my life.

I was all work and no play. And I was miserable.

So I did a joy inventory. I made a list of all the things that brought me joy.

Then I started scheduling them into my week. Reading for fun. Dancing. Calling a friend.

It brought me back to life.

What's one thing that used to bring you joy that you've stopped doing?

With love,

Dr. Leen

It was that simple...
