I used to live by everyone else's rules.
Then I wrote my own. I created a sovereignty statement.
It's a declaration of how I choose to live my life. It's my personal constitution.
It reminds me that I am the architect of my life. And I get to make the rules.

I used to be so focused on achieving my goals that I forgot to enjoy my life.
I was all work and no play. And I was miserable.
So I did a joy inventory. I made a list of all the things that brought me joy.
Then I started scheduling them into my week. Reading for fun. Dancing. Calling a friend.
It brought me back to life.

I used to be flexible with everything. My time. My boundaries. My well-being.
Then I realized that if you don't have non-negotiables, everything is negotiable.
So I made a list. My non-negotiables are sleep, movement, and silence. I protect them fiercely.
This list has become my anchor. It keeps me grounded, no matter how chaotic life gets.
