I used to think that to change my life, I needed to make a massive change. Quit my job.
Move to another country.
Burn it all down.

But that's not true.

The most profound changes come from small, consistent, one-degree shifts.

Reading for 15 minutes a day. Saying no to one thing a week. Going for a 10-minute walk.

These small shifts, over time, will change your entire trajectory.

My life, my rules.
